Mission Statement
The Mission of the Flagler County - Palm Coast Home Builders
Association is to use it's unified strength and resources to achieve a
positive business, community and association environment which
enhances the overall success of the building industry, the community
at large and each member.
Code of Ethics
Members of the Flagler
County-Palm Coast Home Builders Association pledge allegiance to the
following principles and policies:
- Our permanent responsibility is to
our members, our community, and our country.
- Honestly is our guiding business
policy.
- High standards of health, and
safety, shall be built into every home.
- As members of a progressive
industry, we encourage research to develop new materials, new
building techniques, new building equipment, and improved methods of
home financing.
- All sound legislative proposals
affecting our industry and the people we serve shall have our
informed and vigorous support.
- We hold inviolate the free
enterprise system and the American way of life. We pledge our
support to our associates, our local, state and national
associations.
- We assume these responsibilities
freely and solemnly, mindful that they are part of our obligations
as members of the National Association of Home Builders.
