The City manages a Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) to renovate home owner occupied housing that are in need of repairs to bring the home back up to minimum standards. The Annual CDBG application workshop will be held on November 12, 2020 at 11:00 am and November 19, 2020 at 5:30 pm in the Community Wing of Palm Coast City Hall. For more information, Applications will be available at the workshop and available online starting November 20th. Application will start being accepted on December 1st. Application submittal is via email or by appointment.
