IMPACT FEE INCREASE | Palm Coast City Council Workshop

Please come to the Palm Coast City Council Workshop on March 10th to make your voice heard about the proposed increase to the Parks & Rec Impact Fee. The result of consultants proposed fee effectively doubles what you are paying now.

After meeting with City Staff, we proposed some questions to them and received the answers today. You can download them here

At the March 10^th City Council Workshop, staff will present feedback/ questions from the public and stakeholders meetings and ask Council for direction on any adjustments they may like to the consultants proposed fee. Public comment is allowed at this meeting.
